Crest Nicholson, Milton Keynes Development Partnership and McMullen & Sons have partnered up to deliver a bespoke, family-friendly pub at Campbell Wharf.
Situated on the Grand Union Canal, the pub will offer a brand-new destination for residents and the local community to enjoy, while creating over 60 new jobs. With indoor seating and 66 parking spaces, the pub will A beautiful outside terrace and south-facing beer garden will overlook the marina, and the pub will be easily accessible thanks to its enviable location and 66 new parking spaces.
Construction work will begin in January 2020, with the pub expected to open in Autumn 2020.
McMullen & Sons is a Hertford-based family owned brewer with a wealth of knowledge and experience delivering high-quality public houses in London and the surrounding counties, including Buckinghamshire and Cambridgeshire. McMullen’s currently own two popular family-friendly pubs in Milton Keynes, including the Prince George at Tattenhoe and the Old Beams at Shenley Lodge.

Work across the rest of Campbell Wharf is progressing well, with the development’s first residents moving into Canal House and Wharf View, which form the first phase, in Autumn 2019. Union Court, the latest release, is now available for purchase and the development is expected to be fully completed by 2023.
One, two and three bedroom apartments are currently available at Campbell Wharf, starting from £225,000. There is only one penthouse apartment remaining in the first release, which benefits from amazing views of the marina and surrounding landscape.
