Crest Nicholson is proud to announce that McMullen and Sons are to develop a fantastic new two storey waterside pub at Campbell Wharf, boasting views over Grand Union Canal, the new marina and the Campbell Wharf development.
Situated in an idyllic spot alongside Campbell Wharf Marina, the pub will be a warm, comfortable meeting place for water goers, residents and tourists to grab a bite to eat or savour a perfect pint. When completed, the new development at Campbell Wharf will include 383 homes, the new 111 berth marina, a café and restaurant, along with the new footbridge to link all of the amenities together.
Founded in 1827, McMullens and Sons are a family-run brewer who offer quality fresh food and drink, alongside their own range of small batch production crafted ales at their range of pubs across southern England. The pubs each have a different design and style which draws inspiration from their surroundings.
Construction is expected to start in Autumn 2019 after approval of the detailed plans, with the pub set to open in Summer 2020.
Heydon Mizon, Joint Managing Director at McMullen & Sons said:
