Start on site
Preparation works begin at Campbell Wharf.
Campbell Wharf Marina is a bespoke facility providing 111 new berths with direct access to and from the Grand Union Canal. It provides quality new facilities for canal boat owners, alongside an 8 berth lay-by marina for passing visitors and trade boats. A new marina facilities building is home to the management office and hub for marina services.

First residents move into apartments
Wharf View and Canal House are the first two apartment blocks to be built. Located in the heart of the development overlooking the new public square, they have sweeping canal views taking in the impressive new footbridge and across to the marina.
Future phases include apartments with landscaped courtyards and a collection of contemporary 2, 3, 4 and 5 bed houses – many with views of the canal or surrounding parkland.
Retail units available
Over 9,200 sqft of commercial space overlooking the new public square and overnight berths becomes available. Campbell Wharf is set to include new shops, restaurant and café space, and space for a day nursery offering childcare.
Construction of pub starts
McMullen and Sons begins to build a new two storey waterside pub in Campbell Wharf. With a bespoke design and views across the whole development, the pub will be a great asset for the whole community. Construction is expected to start towards the end of 2019 after approval of the detailed plans, with the pub set to open in late Summer 2020.
Affordable Homes launch
bpha launches first shared ownership apartments as part of our commitment to deliver 115 affordable homes.
Formal opening of the bridge
An iconic footbridge crossing the Grand Union Canal forms the development’s artistic centrepiece and provides a viewing platform over the marina.
First commercial occupiers
The first businesses move into their new premises in spring 2020, bringing a range of facilities to Campbell Wharf.
The prime location of McMullen & Sons’ new pub boasts views over the Grand Union Canal, the marina and across to the wider Campbell Wharf development. The pub will offer a relaxed, informal place for water goers, residents and tourists to grab a bite to eat or savour a perfect pint.
First residents move into new houses
Residents collect their keys and move into the canal-side town houses, with their neighbours moving into homes across the rest of Campbell Wharf over future years.
